  Nice rooms, great bathroom. The grounds are gorgeous on a sunny day so we ate the breakfast outside. Standard hotel breakfast fair. Very friendly and helpful staff.

  This was our second visit to this lovely, friendly hotel. Spacious, comfy and clean rooms. Great location, 5-10 mins walk from the tram station, quiet and peaceful. Very good breakfast, excellent food served in the restaurant and varied bar menu - all very good value. Free wifi. Staff helpful and friendly - perfect.
