  We have been regular customers for many years and on the whole have been happy and show our appreciation by leaving a generous tip. Today we called in and there were two members of staff at the bar when we went to order our drinks, we were not even acknowledged, all that was needed was " will be with you in a minute " nothing totally ignored.
  They same thing happened when we waited to get a table ??
  Needless to say we will not be going again. Sadly it does appear that valued staff that have left in the last 18 months, has been a factor in the Boathouse 's decline in basic customer courtesy. Wednesday 17th May 1.45pm ....
